Log in. On the app: profile → Other Services (or More Services) → Free Trial Center. On the website, look for Free Trial under community or services.
Browse current listings. They change often, so items visible today may not appear next week.

Apply for up to 3 items this week
You get 3 opportunities per week. Unused slots do not carry over.
- Tap Free Trial on the item
- Choose the correct size
- Confirm a shipping address from the same country as the Shein site you are using
- Tap Submit
Important: if the address country does not match the site, the application can fail before review starts.

Processing usually takes about one week. Open My Free Trial / My Applications:
- Approved — a $0 order is generated and shipped automatically.
- Failed — that request did not move forward. Other listings can be tried when new openings appear.

Try the item and write the review
After delivery, evaluate quality, style, fit, fabric, and construction. Submit a detailed review within about 10 days. Track it under My Report.
- Real pros and cons, not only positives
- Clear photos — ideally one full-body shot plus detail shots
- Specific notes on fit, fabric, and everyday use
An accepted report can add about 20 points. A Quality Report can add around 100 extra points. If the first version is rejected, one extra correction attempt is commonly offered.
